SmartPDF forms: Automatically add a second page to the uploaded PDF

I uploaded an already existing PDF form, so that when users fill out my survey, it exports the results onto that PDF form.

In my survey, I would like to add a field for the submitter to draw a picture if they so choose. Is there a way to automatically add a second page to the PDF with the resulting drawing on it, but only if they decide to utilize that field?

We can use drawing board widget to allow users to draw. However, we cannot manipulate for the uploaded PDF to have an additional page.

If you want to add a page in your uploaded PDF via JotForm builder, this is not possible. I suggest you to update the original PDF document by uploading a newer version that has a second page already.
