    Submit button disappears from form

    Asked by POLMX on October 24, 2013 at 07:56 PM

    I had an issue with the price calculations, and I was suggested to use the iframe, which I did. Now the issue is that the "Submit" button is not there. And sometimes it appears and then disappears again from my website. It is also not present on the iFrame's preview mode.

    I need to finish this work URGENTLY.

    Hello POLMX,

    Submit button of your form is very much there but it is getting hidden because of your iFrame height. Please use the following iFrame embed code in your web page:

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/32846040159857" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1900px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    The above code will increase the height of the iFrame and will also show the submit button in your form.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    Hi, I just changed the Height in the html file exactly as instructed, but when I upload it it gets back to 1871px by itself.

    I don't know where else I need to make any changes.

    Can you please remove the code between the tags <script></script>  and then apply the changes again?

    <iframe style="width: 100%; height:1900px; border: medium none;" id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/32846040159857" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>
