My submissions are not being sent through to my email address

    I have set up the email notifications and check that the address is correct, but submissions from the jotform on my web page are not being relayed to my email address. They are going through to jotform inbox.

    I have checked your account and form. I can see that you have configured two notification email and both email address are not in the bounce list.

    And upon checking email logs on our server, your email is working properly.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
