Can a report only contain records that meet certain conditions? We have a form where users have the option of choosing whether or not their entries w

Otherwise, can a form be "filtered" conditionally?

We have conditional logic feature on forms, but we do not have any special filters for submission data.

Do you need this option for Excel/CSV or some other kind of reports? Please provide us with some example of mentioned filtering, then we will check if this is possible with us.

    Thank you.

Here's a link to a report from our form.

    http://www.jotform.com/table/32975764754066

There is an option for users to indicate that they'd like the information kept confidential, or have it published anonymously on our website.

I know that I could simply download and extract the records, and I have since learned that there is an app which will can upload spreadsheets to another form base, but was really looking for report version that, in addition to allowing the user to specify fields to display, could also allow only records which meet certain conditions to display.

Anyway, not a gamebreaker but I think it would be a nice addition at some point to the reporting function.

    Thanks for your help...

    Thank you for your idea.

I have forwarded a feature request ticket to our Development Team, but I can not promise anything. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

As a workaround, you can download the 'private' entries and remove them from your form Submissions page, this will remove the data from the report.

Also, it is possible to password protect the report.
