I can't tell you how many times this has happened but when someone fills out our Member application and submit it, I don't know where that information goes. Even worse is the fact that our Paypal account keeps disappearing from the form. It used to work so that when they submitted, it took them to Paypal to pay there memberhip fee(s).
I have tried adding the link to the Paypal account but an error message pops up that you can only have one account and must delete the other account before adding one. (I am sorry if this isn't clear. I just finished a long trip and am still fuzzy-minded)
In our Internet Explorer, the address shows as
While in Mozilla, the address shows as
I don't understand how this could be. We certainly need to add our PayPal link back to this form.
This is supposed to be the form we are using with a PayPal link
I guess I am getting to old for this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hello, I cloned your form and can't replicate the issue you are having.
On the Mozilla Firefox I can completely see the Paypal integration marked on the center.
I am not sure with what you mean by the Mozilla address of:
I can't see a connection on why you need to add ?address12[state]=WI on the webpage link as you do not have any state field on the form.
On my Internet Explorer 9, it is the same. Nothing is wrong with your form and can easily see the Paypal integration - "My Products"
The error message "You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first." only indicates that you can not more than 1 payment integration on the form.
We only allow 1 Payment integration for each form. You need to delete first the previous one "My Products" before you can switch to a different Payment Integration.
