    Hi,

May we please know the form URL so we can check? Basically, the integration would always work if you will use the Full Name field under Quick Tools:

This issue will usually happen if you are using the text box field. Unfortunately, this is the best solution I could offer so you need to change your form if you're not using the full name field.

You can clone the form and do the changes and integration to the cloned version and use it instead of the original one. This way, the entries of the old form will remain untouched.

    Thanks

    I stand corrected. Should be:

"You can clone the form and do the changes and integration to the cloned version and use it instead of the original one. This way, the entries of the old form will remain untouched."

    Thanks
