    Hi, I didn´t update my plan because I'm no longer using it. I only had my debit card to avoid automatic payment, but I still got charged. It won't let me cancell the suscription.

    Plese help me.

    Unfortunately, since you are paying for your subscription via PayPal, we will not be able to cancel the subscription for you. Only the account owner can cancel the plan from within their PayPal accounts.

    Please use the user guide above to help you cancel the plan. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to PayPal support to ask about canceling subscriptions paid via PayPal.

    Once the plan is canceled, we will provide you with a full refund for your most recent purchase.
