Why am I not receiving my test notification email?

    I created a new form and sent myself a test notification but I have not received anything. I have checked my spam folder and it is not there either.

    I hope you do realize that the emails will be sent to frontdesk439@kw.com and karentaghavi@msn.com and not to karentaghavi@gmail.com which is what you have entered in the email field of your form when you did the test submit.

    Upon checking our mail server logs, I found messages confirming that the emails were indeed sent to frontdesk439@kw.com and karentaghavi@msn.com

    I did a test submit myself and temporarily added my email address to your form's notification recipients. I received a notification email immediately after I pressed the submit button.

    This email should have been in my Junk Mail folder had I not whitelisted Jotform earlier. You should have received an email too at those two email addresses I mentioned above.
