Several of my forms are having errors when people are submitting their information.  Is it a setting issue or a server issue.

To clarify, is the error message says "504 error"? If so, we have received several reports from other users experiencing the issue. It was escalated to our developers and has just received an update that the issue is fixed.

Could you please test it on your end and let us know if you are still receiving the error?

We are still receiving the same type of error. We needed to close our forms and create new forms then it worked fine. However, is there a way for our previous forms to go live again without patients receiving the same type of error? We have made the previous form that had issues with the 504 error go live and the same 504 error is popping up again.

Hi Jessica_Howell, thank you for reaching back to us.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have escalated it again to our back-end team. Could you kindly provide us with the form URL with the persisting issue?

    We await your response.

    Happening again today:

    504 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I cleared your form cache on our server. I also checked some of your forms and they are working fine on my end.

Is the issue still persists? Please check and let us know how it goes. Thank you!
