I have created an account today and deposited the money but I can't see it. Am being told my email is invalid. What should I do

Do you mean you've deposited the money for a JotForm subscription (https://www.jotform.com/pricing/)? Kindly clarify. If you've paid by PayPal or Credit Card, we'll see that on our records. However, I can't find one based on your account details.
I also checked to see if you submitted a form, but nothing is showing up.
