Not All Submissions Are Being Received Through Email

    I do not get all of the notifications that are in my Jot Forms. I have to go in and check the list of who has sent what to make sure I am not missing anything. Two did not come through this week.

    I've checked our bounce list and email log, yet I could not fnd your email address on the list, nor did I find any current errors on our email logs. 

    Do check your SPAM/Junk folder our emails, to make sure they are not being filetered there automatically. 

    I would also suggest whitelisting our domains on your email settings, the following are the domains you would need to have whitelisted:

    ·jotform.com
    ·email.amazonses.com
    .amazonses.com
    ·jotform.co
    ·secure.jotform.co
    ·s3.amazonaws.com
    ·static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    If the issue would persists, as a last option, I would suggest to setup Mandrill as the Sender Email Address, this in turn would make JotForm submission emails be sent from Mandrill servers to your inbox, instead that from our server to your inbox (which iare being rejected by your inbox at this time).
