Bug with form validation

    I think my jotform is not working properly - seems to be a problem with the zip code field --when somone is trying to signup, after a zip code is entered a box appears with a message that says to enter an email address.  Could you help me with this?

     

    my form is called: email alert

    I do not see a form on the linked page. Can you post the URL of the form that has this problem? I found this page linked from that page:

    However, it did not have the problem you described.

    One possible reason for the problem might be the editable error messages on the form builder.

    1. Open your form on the form builder

    2. Click on Setup & Embed

    3. Click on Preferences

    4. CLick on Advanced Settings

    5. Click on Edit Form Warnings
