Hi! I was charged on September 17th for a 2nd month of subscription to a Premium account when I already cancelled it. The cancellation was dated September 20 in my Paypal account. I previously contacted customer support for this using the e-mail email@example.com and the reply was I wouldn't be billed for September 17. I would really like a refund but it is important that I continue my JotForm account. I hope you can help me. I already e-mailed Aytekin Tank and here was his response:
Your last payment was on September 17th, and you cancelled the
subscription on September 20th. This means you were not charged on
October 17th. Did you want the September 17th charge refunded? If you
want a charge to be refunded you should contact customer support. You
should not do a chargeback. Doing chargebacks is a terrible way get
refund. You are saying that we charged you without your knowledge. We
have policy to close down charge back accounts and never allow the
same person to use our service again.
Do you want this order to be refunded? If you do please contactJotForm support and ask them to refund the order and close down your

To set the proper expectations from now on: You cannot purchase and then ask for a refund on subscriptions every month, otherwise I would think you are simply cheating and would consider this an unacceptable behavior.
I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the refund of Ms. Pearl Abrahan's transaction via Paypal. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the payment method. I am now using BDO Mastercard under my name, Primrose Jan Jungco. I would still like to avail and continue my Premium JotForm Subscription. Is it possible for me to continue my jotform premium subscription and be billed via my BDO Mastercard?
