I'm trying to change my account from premium back to standard, can you help?

    When I try to do this myself, your site gives me a cryptic message that says I need to do this manually. I dont' seem to have been successful since it still shows I am a premium subscriber - but I don't know what else to do.

    Below I'm posting the process that you should follow to downgrade your account:

    Click on the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the JotForm page
    Click on Account on the Menu
    Click on Billing on the left hand side menu
    Select the Plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to
