    Hi There

    Yes, that's right, just wanted to replace 2 existing pdf's with 2 new ecrypted pdf documents.
    It says to add a link from dropbox or google drive.
    I have access to both of these, however, when i link it from google drive, in jotform it shows up with a preview page.
    What's the best program of the 2 to use for inserting my revised pdfs?
    Kind regards, Rosi

    ok, so i've followed the instructions, using dropbox to insert my pdf, and i've got an empty space where the pdf document should be. Any suggestions as to what I'm not doing correctly?

    @octopuskids

    You have to embed the PDF file to your form in order for it to be displayed on your form. To do this, you have to use Free Text HTML tool under Power Tools.

    Here's your PDF embed code.

    <embed width="100%" height="600" name="plugin" src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/ngqcx4f74th9peb/Independent%20Advisor%20Agreement.pdf?token_hash=AAH8bdJwkCDBT8qt48tkQPpk8M8vM-BYERjyHS-4qEpTpw&amp;disable_range=1" type="application/pdf">

    After that paste this code inside the Free Text HTML box.

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi Elton. That's great thank you, it worked.

    I need to also replace the pdf for 'policies & procedures'. What code do I use for that?

    I've tried to just replace the file location, but this doesn't work.

    How will I know what html code to use if I need to do this again? Please advise asap as I need to get this form onto my website today.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Kindly try updating the source url on the embedded code as follows:

    From:

    <embed width="100%" height="600" name="plugin" src="https://www.dropbox.com/s/2wtx575bl87tr1f/Policies%20and%20Procedures.pdf?token_hash=AAH8bdJwkCDBT8qt48tkQPpk8M8vM-BYERjyHS-4qEpTpw&amp;disable_range=1" type="application/pdf">

    To:

    <embed width="100%" height="600" name="plugin"
    src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/2wtx575bl87tr1f/Policies%20and%20Procedures.pdf?token_hash=AAH8bdJwkCDBT8qt48tkQPpk8M8vM-BYERjyHS-4qEpTpw&amp;disable_range=1" type="application/pdf">

    Do let us know if the issue persists, Thank you.

    Thanks for that, it's working now, although the documents are aligned too far to the right, so some of the text is not showing.

    How can I fix this?

    Also, is there any way I can stop the pdf file from being saved when the form is being filled out online?

    @octopuskids

    Thanks for that, it's working now, although the documents are aligned too far to the right, so some of the text is not showing.

    How can I fix this?

    This is simply because your form width is smaller than the PDF document width so it creates a scrollbar so you to navigate through out the PDF document. If you want to display the entire width of the PDF, simply change your form width to 900px.

    Also, is there any way I can stop the pdf file from being saved when the form is being filled out online?

    Unfortunately there are browsers that does not support PDF viewing directly on the browser like older versions of IE that's why it forces the user to save it on the computer. Sorry though but there's nothing we can do about that anymore.

    If you have more questions, may we request you to open it on a separate thread and provide more details so we can further assist you.

    Thank you so much!
