    Thank you for contacting support.

    Regarding "If you upload a spreadsheet is there a way to download it" in correlation with Spreadsheet to Form Widget.

    Unfortunately, you can't download the spreadsheet that you have uploaded to the widget.

    Here, I uploaded 06-17-2017-1497644191.xlsx to the widget

    After the file has been uploaded, there is no option to download the file, the only option is to Remove the file so that you can upload a new file.
