I want to create a form for families to submit Veterans' photos electronically. Is this possible on this form? Also, what would be the limit of people I could send this form to?

    Hello Sharon,

Yes that is very much possible to achieve.

You can simply add a "File Upload" question which is under "Form Tools" tab.

By default all major file types are accepted like jpg, jpeg, png and gif. If you want to allow your users to be able to upload any specific file extensions, you can add the file extensions. Here is a guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types

You can send the form link to any number of people but please be noted that free account can only receive 100 non secure, 10 secure/SSL and 10 payment submissions and it also has only 100 MB upload space allocation. If you reach any of these limits you forms will be disabled.

Please be noted that submission counters are reset on first day of every month but if you reach upload space limit, it will not be reset. You will have to delete the submissions which has file upload attachments. Deleting a submission records with file attachment will also delete the upload file resulting in freeing up your upload storage space.

Here is a guide which should help you understand file limits:  https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

You can also integrate your form with your FTP, google drive or dropbox where a copy of the submission record and upload files will be stored.
