Error adding products payment field

Hello,

I am attempting to create a new order form. Every attempt at adding options to this form is creating errors. It seems to be Option 2 that creates this error. No matter what type of widet or form piece I choose I receive this error. Is this a known issue that's being worked on?

Are you trying to add products or editing them? I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please check it again and see if the issue still persists?

Also, please try using a different internet browser and see if you need further help.

I did try this on my end and I was not able to replicate the issue.
