Not receiving email notification

    Lately form submissions have either not been arriving or have been arriving many days after the submission. For example, this morning I received an email notice of a submission on Oct 22. Six days after it was submitted! I have had similar issues for the past few months, including submission emails never arriving. This forces me to constantly check my Jot account for form submissions, which is a big pain. Also. today almost every page in Jot hanged. It took me about 5 minutes and 20 tries just to load this page and submit this ticket. Yes, I tried two different browsers. I'm am not sure what is occurring, but if I can't get submissions or log in reliably, I won't be able to continue using Jot.

    I've check your forms, and I guess this is the form in question: Am I right? I've check this form settings and found out some incorrect configuration. Your Sender Email is empty. Without this settings, you will not receive any email from your form. Please kindly check and correct, make sure to have at least as the Sender Email a shown on the image below:

    I have whitelisted your IP Address. This should help as well. Furthermore, I would suggest doing our recommendations from this article: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts specially with whitelisting our domains and IPs.

    Do let us know if the problem persist after doing the mentioned steps.
