Does JotForm send a notification email to the email address on the account when email submissions reach or exceed the amount allowed (100 for the Basic package which I am currently on). I just want to make sure we never miss out on any submissions.
Also, do the forms continue to work / track submissions if that limit is reached/exceeded?

Free plan allows you to receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL/secure and 10 payment submissions every month. If any of these limits are reached, all your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit form. In simple words, your forms will not work.
We do send you a warning email when you are reaching close to your submission limit. You get sufficient time to upgrade your account before your forms gets disabled.
Hope this answers your question.
