Hello,
I have 2 questions regarding Incomplete Submission Email Reminders.
1) I tested my form and I am not getting any email reminding me to complete the form.
2) How can I edit the message that goes out with the email reminder?
Best Regards,Brian

Hi,
Apologize for the issue.
I have checked your form ID210155147211239.
Could you kindly confirm if you refer to the option 'Continue Forms Later'>Customize Save and Continue Email Later' from Settings>Form Settings ?
If so, please set it to Enabled and then click on 'Customize Save and Continue Later Email'.
Hope this would help.
If you refer to something different or for future requests, please let us know.We will be glad to assist you.
Kind regards. -

Hello again,
I set the settings to be Enabled but it's still not working.
When I run through a test for a partial submission, I do not receive an email reminding me to complete it.
I am also noticing that my Jot Forms Tables for Incomplete Submissions does not show any of the tests I've made.
Does it make a difference if the form is a standalone page or embedded into my site?
Best Regards,
Brian

Hi,
Apologize for the issue.
I have cloned your form and I can't replicate the issue.
I can received an email as shown below:
If you don't receive an email after your partial submission test, please check again from Form Settings>Customize Save and Continue Later Email. Please be sure to click on 'Save Changes'.
Can you please also confirm that during the test, if you click on Save on the form to stop filling it, you receive this message:I have also checked on Tables from my cloned form and I can see my partial submission test shown on 'Incomplete submissions':
If I click on 'Incomplete Submissions' I can see its details:
You should be able to find the Incomplete Submissions on Tables if you received the email also if your form is embedded on a website.
Please check again the 'Save and Continue Later Email' email settings as shown above.
We will await for your response.
Kind regards. -

Hello there,
I am seeing it now. However, I'm not seeing it on my actual form on my site:
https://getskinhelp.com/get-started/
Another question I have is:
If the user just closes the page instead of clicking on "Save" will that still be sent to us as a partial submission?Best Regards,
Brian Kan

Hello,
I confirmed that the form is working but as I mentioned, I do not see it saving on my actual site. If you go to my website, I do not see the "Save" button as I go through the form.
Why is that?
Here is a screen capture:
Best Regards,
Brian

Hello,
I will work on using the iframe to see if that helps.
However, I'm curious as to why a feature would be available with an iframe but missing through your script embed option.
Is there are reason for this?
Best Regards,
Brian

Hi Brian,
We apologize for inconvenience.
I'm curious as to why a feature would be available with an iframe but missing through your script embed option. Is there are reason for this?
It could be due to script conflict issue. Existing jquery/javascript libraries in your website could be clashing with with your form when using script embed code. That is why using the iframe embed code will prevent such script conflict.
Please try using the iframe embed code for now. Let us know if issue persist.
