Do we no longer have the option to have a PDF of the form attached with the submission? That used to be a feature.

Hello! This feature is still available.
Kindly double-check. In case you need further assistance with this, please share your Form ID/URL.

Sometimes it includes a PDF, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see the option for this anymore in the settings which is why I asked. Also, the PDF that does come shows an old message that isn't even there anymore concerning secure file pro accounts.

Hello!
- Sometimes it includes a PDF, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see the option for this anymore in the settings which is why I asked.
Kindly note that there is a limit of 5MB set for emails size. If the email size (including these attachments) exceeds 5MB; then the attachments are discarded and only the email content is sent.
This could be happening in your case. Emails show the following message at the bottom of emails if attachments are more than 5MB in size.
- Also, the PDF that does come shows an old message that isn't even there anymore concerning secure file pro accounts.
PDF templates need to be separately edited after making changes to the form. You can open the PDF Editor for this form and then remove this section manually as indicated in the screenshot below:
Let us know if you still face issues after this.
Thank you!

I'm still confused. I only want the pdf to show the fields that were filled in on the online form. Can this be done? Before, it was an option in the settings on the online form now its all different.

Hi TCollington,
If you would like to show fields that were filled in the form, and hide the fields that are not filled, you will need to navigate to Layout Settings > Customized > Advanced. Then, you will need to turn on Hide empty form field.
I see the setting is enabled. If you are referring to something else, kindly elaborate further with us.
