Also why does the form go to the credit card processor before checking for errors and then correction and resubmit. It gives the illusion to the customer of paying twice. Many will never resubmit fearing they are being dbl billed

The form can't be re-submitted if there is an error with the form fields. User will have to first fix the form field errors and then user will be able to submit the form and process the payment.

Also, the integration that you're using on your form doesn't require user to be redirected to the payment processor site.

when I do a live fill all the way through to credit card fill and in this case did not sign the form. It went to the Visa site for the autofill of my credit card conformation. They then text me a code i put in to verify (new trick from Visa that i somehow agreed to) This is the process I mistakenly thought was a billing process.

When the Next button is clicked without filling any required field on the form, it shall be displaying an error as shown below:
