    I am trying to submit a application that hasn't been submitted yet however I uploaded attachments and a web browser popped up saying "whoops the page cannot be found" Is there a way to fix this. I have attached a picture of what happens when I try to click on the file I uploaded.

    Thank you for contacting us at JotForm support.

    Regarding the 404 error showing "Page cannot be found" screen message, please check following steps to resolve your issue.

    1) Please make sure that you are logged into your account first, before you access the upload link.

    2) Go into your account setting via https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings link. Please refer below image;

    Those two arrow indicating check boxes should be unchecked if you do not want to login first to view the uploaded images or downloaded images.

    Please see if the problem persists and let us know if you need more help.

    Hi, this didn’t work is there any other options could it be something on the person who provided the applications side. If submitted will they be able to see it even though I can’t?

    Could you provide the URL of the form where you are experiencing problems when you try t o submit a data?
