After checking your account, I can see that you have reached your 100 monthly free submissions limit, this is the reason why your forms are not available.
Our submission limit gets resetted every first day of the month, I proceeded to reset your submission limit counter so you can still using our services, please be notice that we can only reset the submission counter one time per user, if you need to increase your monthly submissions limit you should upgrade to a paid plan with more submissions per month available.
