Hi I' m new to my position and i am wondering what storage we have currently as it says i need to upgrade?

Hello, this is a free account, as such the amount of space for file uploads is 100 MB, I can see the counter is now at zero, but if the account also reached the limit for the submission storage, meaning that it reached 500 submissions so you need to upgrade for more storage if you are expecting more than that quantity each month, otherwise the account will keep up to 500 submissions, it will delete the older ones and will always keep the most recent ones

Is there anyway for someone to talk with me on the phone? I would appreciate that more. As I have lots of questions being new to this.
