How can I block off an appointment on the calendar without filling out the whole form?

We are using this form and calendar for covid vaccination appointments. Patients need to get a 2nd shot 4 weeks later. I want to be able to schedule that appointment right away. Can i block off an appointment for the patient?

Kindly note that the user can only select one slot per appointment widget. You can create two appointment widgets (one for the first shot and another for the second shot).

My apologies but I am not very sure about this query. Are you looking for a way to cancel appointments?
If yes, then deleting a submission clears the appointment slot.

Can I, as administrator, block out an individual slot? I know I can block out a whole day, or a lunch time period. But can I go in and block out a single appointment?

Also does the calendar have a way to send email reminders of their appointment?

Unfortunately, there is no feature available on the form that you can use to mark a specific timeslot as unavailable for a specific date. (The workaround is to submit a dummy form).
