submit button not working when using iOS

Asked by mstans1980 on October 29, 2013 at 05:31 AM

I am having a problem with the submit button on my jotform. When using iOS with either Chrome or Safari, the submit button, when pressed, takes the user back to the top of the form without submitting?!!!

I seriously need this sorted out pronto!

I submitted a test form twice but unfortunately I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. Can you help us replicate the issue by providing video or screen shots. You can use http://screencast.com/ for video and image upload. I would also like to ask if you are testing it using MAC or Iphone devices or just simply any IOS device as I can't reproduce it on my end?

    Hi Jed,
I have had to change over to a Wufoo form for the competition entry - so
the one you are trying probably isn't the JotForm one now! Sorry
I had a lot of peple contacting me this morning saying they couldn't
submit for the comp and neither could I when I tried. Could it be an
in-app browsing issue? or iOS7 issue? We were running an ad through an
App which when clicked takes them to the page via Safari (but it is
    in-app safari not standard safari).
I've put the form back up on this page:
Vid attached (quite big sorry) showing exactly whats going wrong.
