    Hi Malinda,

    I tried looking up your account from our member database using your name and email address but failed to get a match. Sorry but could you please respond with your JotForm username so that we can proceed with your request?

    Alternatively, you can log in to your JotForm account and go to your Account Settings Page and press the Cancel button that you will find there.

    PLEASE DON'T CLOSE FREE PLAN....

    If I go to my Account Settings Page and press Cancel will that close my free plan account?  I want to keep my account open under your free plan.  I don't want to lose all the forms I have already created and from what I read on your site I should be able to keep my forms intact even with your free plan.  Is that correct?

    Please disregard my new post dated today, 6-09-11 (private publish).

    Hi,

    I still haven't received a reply regarding my billing question and I have tried to cancel my paid membership with no success.  I have since received a charge on my credit card for $9.95 (Order Reference Number: 42241443, Account Number: -0314)....not sure if this is for May 13 thru June 13 or June 13 thru July 13.  If the charge is for June 13 thru July 13 I would like a credit.

    Please, please help me cancel my PAID membership so I don't keep getting charged.  I want to keep my FREE membership because I have a lot of forms which I have already created and am still using.

    Does either JotForm or The Plimus Team have a phone number where I can contact someone.

    Hi Malinda,

    Your subscription seem to be already canceled successfully. Your account will stay as a Basic user and you will not lose any data or your forms because of downgrade.
