Account suspended due to the Stripe dispute

    The account for nursing.education@childrensal.org has been suspended and I need to know what the issue it so that is can be resolved.

    Your account was suspended as you or someone else requested your bank to place a dispute via Stripe due to fraudulent reasons.

    This action triggered the suspension of your account, to avoid further fraudulent charges. In order to reactivate your account, you must contact your bank to withdraw the dispute.

    We have found that the card used was cancelled inadvertently and cannot be reinstated. I have a new card to use to get this account reactivated. Please advise how this can be accomplished.

    Could you please clarify if the dispute has already been withdrawn? We can only lift the suspension until the dispute was cleared.

    I am receiving different responses. I just got one from David B. saying that my information was being sent to management. I am confused because I received the following on yesterday;
