I cancelled the premium subscription, but it didn't seem to take

    I need to cancel the premium subscription as our event that we were hosting is over.  Please cancel my premium subscription immediately.  I cancelled it on 10/1, but I guess it didn't take.

    Upon checking your billing history, I found out you are using Paypal to pay your subscription. To fully cancel your subscription, please follow this simple steps:

    1. Login to your Paypal Account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    3. Click the subscription number for that transaction

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
