How can I change my username and associated password?

We can change your username for you. Please provide at least 2 usernames in order of preference so we can check which username is available.

Changing your password can be done on your Profile page here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile then click Password to change your password.

FYI, changing your username will invalidate your existing custom form URL if you're using them. You will have to update them after your username is changed.
