One of our active forms is not submitting. When selecting SUBMIT, button changes to PLEASE WAIT and hangs. Thank You screen is not displayed and form is not receivedin Submissions table.

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The submit button is stuck with the "Please wait" message.
Let me forward this to our back-end team so they can further check the issue.

Please provide an update on this issue. We are a higher ed institution and this is a a critical time for submittals.

Thank you for your great patience.🙏
I have tested your form more closely.
It seems the bug is in the Upload widget.
However, if the limit of the file is off - I am able to submit the form: + Set this field as Unrequired
I have switched it off for your form and Set this field as Unrequired - possibly it is a good temporary solution.
Please, check if the form can be submitted from your side.
As another solution:
You can Download form submissions as excelcsvpdf, then, you can remove the upload field and try to replace it.
Note: - when you remove the field - all uploaded data will be lost. That's why you need to download it first to keep it safe.
Hope it works for you as a temporary solution.
