Adding field data in a Google Sheet template

    Hi, i have integrated my form with google sheets so all the data from the forms is transferred there. This is working fine.

    Next i have set up Zapier on the addition of a new data row in the sheet mentioned above it creates a new excel spreadsheet using a template (needed as we have to send the data collected in a pre-defined format accepted by the lender)

    What i need now is to add the links so the template can read the data from the excel sheet that holds that data from the form.

    Last year i did this with google docs same process except output document was a google docs sheet not excel sheet but the outcome is the same getting the data in a specifc template format.

    So before i added {{jotformfieldname}}

    where i needed to add the right data in the right place in the template.

    But i can not remember how to link the to source documents so wondered if you know what i need to do so that {{businessname}} for e.g pulls the data collected for that new form entry for that field

    Thank you

    Apologies, unfortunately, I am quite confused with what you meant by source documents.

    Nevertheless, in general, you can get a field's value by enclosing the field's name in curly braces.

    eg: {name}

    If you are referring to something else, please explain in detail, give concrete samples and share a screenshot whenever possible.
