    Hello:

I have my Jotform forms linked from my website, and also I occasionally copy and paste the links to people in email.

Today, it was brought to my attention that when someone clicks the link to the form, they are notified that: "This Connection Is Not Private - This website may be impersonating"hippo.jotform.com" to steal your personal or financial information. You should close this page."

Any idea what's going on with your site?

    Hello,

Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Kindly make sure the URL includes "HTTPS" when you are sharing it with others.

I tried pasting the following URL into a GMAIL, and I did not get such an error. https://hipaa.jotform.com/203006269490048

If you are still getting the same message, please share the link that you are sharing with your client with us and also let us know which email client you are using. We will be happy to investigate this further.

    Best,

I have been told that my form is doing the same.

I sent it out with https too. Anything else I can do to stop the error message coming up?
