Account overlimit even after deleting submissions

I have deleted my submissions due to space being filled, I emptied them out of the trash but it is still show full storage capacity. Can you help?

After deleting submission data you will need to confirm clearing the upload space by deleting trashed entries as mentioned in this guide.
