how to change the form page title

I clone a form and changed the name and content, but where I share the link for the updated document it still has the old name. How can I change this?

The new form should called #NotAStereotupe, but is says David and Goliath in the browser tab.

It seems you're referring to the form's page title.

To change the title, in your Form builder go to Settings>Form Settings>Page Title
