Help with possibility of acquiring jetform

Hi, I have been trying it out and I am amazed. We are an insurance company. It would be perfecto for all the forms clientes must fill with their personal data.

We would need like 15 seats.

I have 2 concerns, one I don't yet graps, I will write soon. The other is:

We totally need clients to take pictures of their ID cards.
Now my problem is, using the take picture gadget, the photo doesn't appear in the mail that our functionaries need to check, and in TABLES it appers as a previey but if I click to see the photo it is totally black.

Is there a solution?

Thanks for quick reply. I am using Mac, an M1 Air, and macbook pro of 2012. Big Sur and Catalina respectively, all browsers show the same error. Safari, chrome, firefox, without ad blocker, and mail from inside gmail or in my email client. In mac and iPhone, safari or firefox mobile. All of them show the same error. Hi Daniel,

My colleague who has the exact same machine as yours has done testing on a clone of your form and the images taken through the widget are displaying properly.

In my testing, I've also noticed that it take some time to load the images. But they were loading.

If your form is not live yet then I would suggest that you delete the widgets in your form and add them again. You can also try cloning the form below.
