I have a couple of fields with multiple check boxes and I would like those check box responses to have their own column in excel 2010.
If I have to create seperate check box lines for each reposnse option, I need help with some CSS to make the question look like it does on the current form.

Changing the way how your form fields looks like using Custom CSS codes doesn't do anything to the results with your integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet.
Our integration currently put all single checkbox field result into a single column in the spreadsheet. NOT per option in a checkbox field.
