Ability to create order system for 10-30 restaurants

Woild like to know if your app can handle multiple restaurants from a website similiar to skip the dishes. We are a local delivery company looking to help our customers during this time and want yo set up an order system for our customers with approx 10 to 30 select restaurants. Payment system is necessay. Can your system handle this type of order flow.  We do not need a delivery app....we simple need the order system amd the ability to get that info to the restaurant and data back into our system . Thks
