send Autoresponder email once the form is submitted

I would like to know how can I set up an autorsponder to new received submission. I want to set automatic message: Your entry has been received. Thank you for participation. Here is the link of my entry form: https://form.jotform.com/210165775433354.

Is it possible to set autoresponder to send back the message like confirmation email immediately after the client hit the submit button. I mean every client need to put email address while filling the entry form. Can I set up autoresponder to catch that email and send back confirmation message? Please advise me what is the best way to set autoresponder?
