Yes, you can edit the HTML source of your form but you will have to post it on your own web page.
You can get your form's source code by following these instructions:
1. Go to Setup & embed tab
2. Click embed Form
3. An Embed Form Wizard will appear. Under Display it on your site, click Source

Thank you for your inquiry. While we do not recommend editing the coding of forms created with JotForm outside of the JotForm form canvass, you can edit it by using the full source code (designated by a gear icon). You may also use other embed codes and save it as a website (.htm or .html) and then open it through a web browser and view the source (usually by right-clicking the page you can view the source code). Then edit the source code using your favorite website authoring software or HTML text editor. Once finished, you can paste this edited code into your live website. Note that any changes you make offline will not be reflected in your forms saved online on JotForm.
We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
