If I have an order form with products, which have one of more categories, is it possible to do the following:

    https://url-of-jotfom-form?category=tennis shoes

to open the form with the category-filter preset to tennis shoes?

    and

    https://url-of-jotfom-form?category=baseball shoes

to open the form with the category-filter preset to baseball shoes?

    etc?

    Hi Plopchampagnes,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

Yes, it's possible to do pre-filling the fields through the URL, you may either use the pre-fill app or manually do the process, here is a guide with more information about both methods:

I'm sorry Sam, but in the link you provided there is an answer on form fields, not ont he category selector.

This is the selector I mean (on the top of a form that uses a product inventory with categories per producti):

    1611674921_60103529f2acf_Schermafbeeldin

When inspecting the elements, I see this:

    1611674973_6010355d430fa_

As you can see, there is no "name=...." in the code.
So my question is: how can I pre set the category filter in the url?

    Apologies for the confusion.

Unfortunately, the category dropdown cannot be prefilled through the URL, I'm afraid there is not a workaround for this at the moment; however, we may open a feature request for this, although we cannot provide an ETA, we would keep you updated via this ticket, kindly confirm you would like to confirm with the request.
