Conditional Logic Order

    Hi

I'm hoping you can help. I have a form where most of the fields displayed are based on the option selected in one checkbox (Participant Type). The fields that display then have an additional logic that is based on if the user selects "Yes", then another field will be displayed. This seems to be working for one of the options "Professional", but for the other two options "Pregnant Person" and "Partner". Is the logic based on the order of the fields? Or do I need to include in the show the field condition, the participant type as well as the Yes/No field it is based on?

Below is the form URL and screenshots of the conditional setup. I tried to attach a video to show the behaviour on screen but was not allowed.

If I understood correcly, the issue is related to the condition from the second screenshot you provided.

This condition has a conflict with condition #3, which you set for the "Professional" option. Condition #3 is set to hide field #16 when the "Professional" option is selected.

Considering that opposite of Hide is Show, the field will be shown when one of the other two options is selected. To resolve the issue with field #16, remove it from condition #3.

Cloned form, on which I removed field #16 form condition #3: https://form.jotform.com/210254381974962
