How to include the original document in the email notification and download this document?

    Guys, come on, you gotta do something much simpler than this.

    Everything is perfect with Jotform until you reach the PDF file for filled forms.

    This is extremely confusing and not effective at all!!!

    You guys have to do something about it.

    I'm just about to start looking for another company only because of this feature.

    Right, I've created forms using JotForm. To create the form using your platform is super easy and fast. That part is amazing.

    But when I send the link to the employee to fill-up the form, I have to archive some of the finalized form and some parts I have to send to my clients. The format that the submitted form comes up is completely different from the one they have filled. That is what I'm trying to find, a form maker which I can have a PDF of the filled form to archive and send to my clients.

    Let me know if that makes sense or not.
