    Hi David!

    - aside for being able to design, create, and submit, our forms will need to have workflow were people can review, sign, and approve or decline.

All of this is achievable with JotForm. As far as workflows are concerned; you can easily create such complex workflows in JotForm. This is a simple guide that explains how you can create a workflow involving multiple parties with an example: a-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow

Please go through the guide; in case you come across any issues or if you have any questions, let us know.

    - when completed where do these form get stored?

    1. By defaults, these forms get stored on our servers and are stored unless you delete these manually.

    2. All these responses are emailed to you as well on real-time basis.

    3. Apart from this, you can store your submissions data on GDrive, DropBox, GSheets via integrations which we offer. Click here for the complete list of supported integrations.

I hope this helps. If you have any further queries, let us know.

    Thank you!
