Multiple Signers from Outside Organization

Hello,

Is it possible to have multiple signers from outside our organization to sign a form? I know that the approval workflow could work; however, we are needing multiple people outside our organization to sign the form (i.e. they can't Edit an entry since they are not able to log into our JotForm account).

You can share the JotForm Tables and invite the organization to view and edit them if needed. Here's a screencast guide that you can check and try:

Thanks for sending this but I'm afraid this won't work for us since this would allow them to see information from other submissions. Basically, we are wanting to set it up to where the client signs the form, and then the form is sent to a co-signer for their signature.

I haven't been able to find out how to make this work since the "Edit Submission" link only let's my account edit the entry. I look forward to hearing from you!

I regret to say that this is not possible on HIPAA compliant accounts because of the level of security/restrictions of these accounts.

There is no possible workaround for this at the present moment.
