Conditional Logic not workingAsked by mountnmedic on October 29, 2013 at 10:38 PM
I am using a drop down box with 4 options. I am trying to use conditions to reveal additional fields depending on the quantity chosen in the dropdown (1, 2, 3 or 4).
For example, if 1 is chosen, only 1 entry for the childs name should appear. If 2 is entered, two fields for 2 childrens name should appear...and so on up to 4.
I can't seem to get the conditions to show the options correctly, even when surrounded by form collapses.
I have read the How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry in the support but can't seem to get it applied correctly.
Thanks for your support.
Upon checking your form, I found that your conditions are not correct. Your question "Number of Children" has values 1,2,3,4 but in the conditions what you have added checks the value a "Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 and Option 4"
Looks like you first added your conditions and then went back and changed the values of "Number of Children".
My suggestion is that you should edit all the conditions you have created to match the correct values of "Number of Children" drop down.
Hope this helps.
