    Hi there,

thanks for your response. The old thread doesn’t work anymore

does the starter package still come with Gdpr protection? I’m still getting used to using the software in the starter package and deciding if it’s right for my business. I don’t want my customers’ details compromised in the meantime.

also I don’t want to receive an email every time I open a form and submit it. I turned off notifications but it still sends. It’s quite annoying

i can’t see where on this post I can make my post private as you suggested in your last response.

please send me your email address.

Our Free plan comes with GDPR protection. If you would like to sign a DPA, Feel free to send your request: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/dpa/.

It appears that you still have Notification settings. Kindly remove the Notification by hovering the settings and click on the trash icon.

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. I honestly can't find the notification settings screen that you show in your example. I have checked on the app and also on the desktop browser. On the app I have clicked notifications off but I still receive an email every time I submit a form. I only want notifications when I download all of the forms for the link to the zip folder, that's it.

Also, what does it mean to sign this DPA?

    Cheers

    HI there,

further to my last post, I have now found the email notifications bit and I have deleted my email address. So please ignore that part of my last post.

I still would like t know what it means to sign the DPA?

I am also looking at form settings and thinking of making my form encrypted. Does this mean that the jot form servers will not be able to read my forms?

    Cheers

    DS

Hi DS, thank you for reaching us.

DPA is referring to data processing addendums. You will need to manually sign it which you may found the application form here. However, if you wished to encrypt your form, you may do so by following this guide: Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them.

Jotform server will not be able to read your form's submission, while your form can remain public/private/with password protected according to your preferences.

Let us know if you have other questions.

    Hi,

Thank you for your answers a few weeks ago. I will give that a go.

When I download the forms, if I want the folder to be sent to a different email address to my own, is that possible?

Also is it possible to send my created form to another account to use?

    Cheers
