If a user clicks no on an option box, how do I decline the form being submitted?

The user needs to voluntarily click on the Yes option. If the no option is selected, I want the form to reject it until the answer has been changed. Thanks!

One possible solution might be to use a checkbox instead. You can make it required so the form does not submit, until it is checked.

Another possible solution is to use conditions. You can hide the submit button and only enable it when the "Yes" option is selected.
